8 NEW HIGHLIGHTS AT THE QUELLENHOF GOURMET RESTAURANT “1897” Look forward to culinary masterpieces of a gourmet level, the unique service, and the extraordinary ambience in our new Gourmet Restaurant “1897”. TEPPANYAKI SKY RESTAURANT This restaurant offers tasty Asian Teppanyaki cuisine with live cooking around the Teppanyaki table. Culinary delights Are you looking forward to a holiday with especially tasty food? Wonderful! Our kitchen team with head chef Michael Mayr will spoil you with delicious creations within the framework of the gourmet half board. In addition, freshly prepared dishes from the show kitchen and tasty pizzas from our pizza oven are offered every day. Creative vegetarian and vegan dishes are of course served too. We are also perfectly prepared for food intolerances (lactose, gluten, histamine). Whenever you get hungry in-between, you can choose from small and big dishes in the Quellenhof á-la-carte restaurant or in the “Atmosphera” Bistro. To go with all the culinary delights we serve noble wines from the Quellenhof Vinarium. Almost 600 different labels are stored in our wine cellar. A speciality: our house wine “Sorgent Red”. This red wine cuvee from Merlot, Cabernet and Lagrein reminds of mature fruits of the forest and dried plums. Its body and elegance make it the ideal wine for demanding connoisseurs. New 2017: the “Sorgent White”. Booking is required for both, the Gourmet Restaurant “1897” and the Sky Restaurant “Teppanyaki”
